REFLECTIONS FROM INTERLUDE # ONE
By Observers
It is here I will pause to do two things:First, I want to reiterate to those who may have read the previous blogs of this series, that I lay no claim whatsoever to being anything close to a ‘superhuman’ myself. Not even remotely. I consider myself to be more like a seer of how things could be and a perpetuator of other similar seer’s words. There has always been and always will be those who are driven to peer through the obscurities of Life to see what glimpses of Reality they may see. This glimpsing is not uncommon and occasionally happens to many of us. But an actual superhuman who fully sees and truly lives in Reality is still very, very rare. I have never known nor do I now know of any presently living superhumans, though undoubtably there may be some who have achieved such status but because of their very nature, they remain mostly hidden and invisible to us. There has long been and will always continue to be, however, individuals in which elements of the superhuman evolve and are displayed for the rest of us to see and assimilate. Those who have eyes to see, they should see, those who have ears to hear, they should hear, and those who can perpetuate, should perpetuate. Such is our individual purpose. This is something we should all care about. But, who really cares? Who has reason to care? Most of us just plain don’t care. We have too many ‘cares’ already. And the cares at the top of most peoples list, well, let’s see now? "It seems," advises Louis Rukeyser, "that people really do care a lot about money. In fact, I’ve found it is one of their two most important preoccupations." I guess one doesn’t have to ask what the second other preoccupation is. Most certainly it is not in developing a sincere sense of spirituality or in exercising any real personal responsibility for perpetuating significant human values. What a shame that we have our priorities so mixed up. Unfortunately, (or maybe, fortunately), there really is a tipping point, a pivot, a point of no return in our relationship with ourselves and our increasingly frenetic world.Hopefully, (and while I do have hope, I become more pessimistic every day), we will Change before it is too late. Some would say that it is already to late - the clock, however, is still ticking......Secondly, I want to share with anyone who might be interested, my own personal compilations of two mind opening books. One is ‘The Adam & Eve Story’ written by Chan Thomas. This compilation is more scientific than philosophical, and gave me a new view of what the Earth might be like. I re-iterate, might be like. Every day scientists prove their predecessors wrong with new information and we are forced to accept new ways of seeing things. The other compilation is of John Middleton Murry’s book, simply titled ‘God .’ It is more philosophical than scientific and has helped to shape my understanding of the evolving human being and the world in which I live.. In previous blogs of this series I have quoted from Murrys book extensively, but would like at this point to put forward the full compilation for the readers benefit. It is a shame that both books are out of print, though I did find several of both books at used book sites on the internet. Both books I find mind opening though difficult to get through, thus my compilations. I have simply tried to cull out the basic’s of what both of these inspiring author’s are relating, (at least it is my interpretation of their words.)It is my sincere hope that I have not inadvertently misrepresented what either of these pioneers of thought meant with their words. If I have, I know that they would forgive me, for it has only been my purpose to perpetuate the ideas and values they have given us in a shorter easier to understand version.I hope that you will read both of the next blogs in their entirety, that they will have as much meaning for you as they do for me and that we will meet again on the other side.

So here we go !
